Trying to change my sons inspire time format from 24 hours to 12 hours. Can’t seem to find how to do it

You can choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks in the profile asettings on the web at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

Once changed and saved, the next sync will update the fitbit
