I've been having that problem too! It randomly started last Friday with a clock screen error. Battery gets drained very quickly now too.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same thing happening to me now. I reset the device with no help. Tried removing the device from the app. Tried changing clock faces. It still is an issue.

Mine actually further got worse; the screen doesn't display anymore. The only time it does is displaying the smiley face when I reset it. Contacted support and their reply was essentially "We won't help you as your warranty is done - buy a new one".
No thanks.
