Inspire2 syncing with Pixel 6 Android 13

I have an Inspire 2 that worked just fine when I had my Samsung Galaxy S10. I bought a new phone, which is a Google Pixel 6 it started having syncing issues. When it updated to Android 13 it won't sync to the phone at all. When you punch in the code to pair it with Bluetooth it just keeps spinning.

I have logged out and uninstalled the app. I have cleared the storage and the cache. Reinstalled the app and it's still not working. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Hi, @angelabrown , there was an issue with Android 13 syncing, however this has now been resolved.  Please go to the App Store and update your Fitbit app and hopefully you will not have further problems.  You may also need to log out and log back in again to your Fitbit account, but do make sure you know the email address you used to set up your account, and the password.  When logging back in be careful to choose “log in” and not “join Fitbit”.

I logged out of the Fitbit App. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
Cleared the cache and storage and I still can't get it to work. It will
recognize the device. It just won't sync. 🥺😮💨

@angelabrown , I am so sorry for the trouble you are having, but we have definitely been to

d that this issue has been fixed, and other users have confirmed.  Have you tried restarting your phone?

Yes. I've restarted my phone, made sure the app is up to date, and even went and bought a new Fitbit today just in case mine was broken. Neither one of them will connect. Same exact issue.😔

Hi,

I am on android 13, samsung s20+

Same issue as the OP. Inspire 2 won't connect using fitbit app.

It fails to pair after I put in the pairing code. It cycles my Bluetooth and it fails.

What's wrong?
