I am online with Fitbit where I can see my stats, but I can't get it to sync to my phone, which currently has additional input for today. Is there a way to sync online?

I'm afraid you can't sync from the web dashboard at www.fitbit.com

 

If your computer / laptop has windows 10 then you could try downloading the fitbit app from the microsoft store and you can sync via that as long as your laptop / computer has a recent version of bluetooth.

 

In terms of your phone syncing the usual things to try are:
