Hi Everyone,
I'm a 33 year-old man and my Inspire HR is tracking flucuating BPM through the day.
Sleeping heart rate - 55-60 bpm
Upon waking up - 65 bpm
Walking - 90 to 100 bpm
Seating during work - 77 bpm with occasional spikes to 88-90 bpm
Running - 160 bpm
Can anyone tell me if these are typical tracking results, if there's something wrong with my device, or if there's something wrong with my heart?
Note: I do have a mild case of anxiety.

My non-expert: take A "spike" from 77 to 88-90 doesn't seem like an issue to me. And the trackers have been known to occasionally show false heart rate spikes.
But if you are concerned, best to see a doctor, if only for your own peace of mind.

I'm no medical expert, but I don't see anything unusual about those. Maybe a bit high on running but assume you are working fairly hard.

I'm 33 and got a fitbit last week. It calculated my resting heart rate to be 65 bpm.
What troubles me is the fluctuation through out the day and now long it takes to recover to standing after exercising. Anyone have similar numbers or can chime in?
Sleep: 55-65 bpm
Waking up or laying down: - 65-70 bpm
Sitting: 80 - 90 bpm
Standing: 100 bpm
Walking: 110-120 bpm
Jogging: 150 bpm
Sprinting: 180 bpm

But is it normal to see spikes while sitting at work without particular stress?
