I have had the same clock face (simple cat face with time) on my Inspire HR forever. The other day, I was trying to charge the FitBit with a new charging cord and having a bit of trouble determining whether it was charging. While I was checking it (turning clock face on periodically), suddenly the clock face was overwritten with this instruction: “Go to FitBit App and try another clock”. At first, the message would not be there when I turned the face on; the next time it would be; then not the next. At some point, it became permanent.
I thought I could just reload the same clock face, but . . . .I don’t see it, just the “ant” face. What happened to the kitty face (or the dog or the other simple faces)? All I seem to be able to find are messy, busy looks or boring ones.
Is it something I did? I would like to just reload the face I originally selected and get rid of the overwriting. Is there a way to do that?

Same happened. Think they discontinued the cat. I chose the raccoon. It's not you!

Rats!! Glad to know it isn’t just me or maybe it’d have been better if it were—then maybe it could get reloaded. Lol
Racoon?? I’d chose that—-if I could find it. All I can find is an “Ant”, which doesn’t do much for me.

Hhmm, curious. Today I was able to access the options for Clock Faces and there were more like I was used to seeing. I switched to the Owl without a problem. But, then saw Kitty there as an option. So I switched (back) to Kitty. Now it is just fine as if nothing had ever happened. 🤷:female_sign:. Whatever! All’s good. Thanks for letting me know I wasn’t just totally inept. 😊
