Pin broken on strap

Hi, I went to change the straps on my inspire 2 with new straps and I can't unclip one side as the pin has broken off or bent right down. Is there anyway of getting the strap off now. I don't want to force it just yet incase I find an easier way to do it. Don't know how or when this happened as have it 2.5 years. Thanks
