Today I reached 12000 steps whilst out on a walk, I did a sync and my phone and watch updated. I checked an hour later and now my watch and app both say just 6100 steps. Very annoying!
any one else had this with the inspire HR or know a fix please?
I've had this happen to me before, my inspire hr said that I had 14,000 steps, and a couple of hours later it said that I had 8000 steps, it only messes up if you leave it in direct sunlight for more than about 30 minutes.
My inspire hr quit counting steps in the middle of the day today, April 15th. I was at 5000 steps and walked for another 20 minutes with no additional steps recorded. Now I just looked at it and it has just leaped forward to midnight tonight, April 16, (it is 7 pm 4/15) and everything reads 0. What is happening?
