My fitbit display occasionally reads "Low Alignment."  What does this mean?

I've seen that as the result of the 'Relax' app.  Did you just run that?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have seen it several times, so probably! Thanks for your reply. I will try the relax and see if that’s when it happens.
