Having many problems with my Fitbit inspire hr which I’m fed up with as it doesn’t work after trying many fixes.

Did they not send you a PM with a reason? They normally only remove a message if it is in breach of the community guidelines which you can read at https://community.fitbit.com/guidelines
Is the problem you are having something that we in the community may be able to help with?
Alternatively, have you tried contacting customer support: contact.fitbit.com ?
