Hello @lmcooke

Try restarting the Inspire 2. Just plug your inspire 2 into its charger then press in and hold down the buttons on the side of the Inspire 2 until you see a small smiley face icon the release the button. You should feel the Inspire 2 vibrate letting you know the restart is complete.

If your still having trouble let’s try setting your Inspire 2 up again as a new device. You will not lose any of your data setting it up as new because your data is held on the Fitbit Servers. But, you will however lose any data that occurred after your last successful sync so please sync your tracker one last time before beginning the process.

To set up your Fitbit Inspire 2 as a new device please follow these instructions carefully. Please don’t skip a step:

  1. Remove your Fitbit Inspire 2 from your Bluetooth List. (Tap unpair on your Android or tap the blue information icon then tap forget device if your on an iOS)  If your Fitbit Inspire 2 is not showing on your Bluetooth at all proceed to step 2 (Basically make sure no fitbits are connected)
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if the Fitbit App is updated (very important) and your phone is up to date as well
  4. Log out of the Fitbit app and restart your phone.
  5. Restart your Fitbit Inspire 2: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  6. Log back into your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Select Fitbit Inspire 2 and follow the onscreen instructions. If your asked if you want to replace the Fitbit Inspire 2 say yes.

😃 I hope this provides you an answer to your issue. Please come back and let me know how it goes,
