Hi, could anyone tell me if my Samsung galaxy note 9 is compatible with the inspire hr, I've tried absolutely everything to get it to work, followed instructions to get all the notification settings correct but still nothing, also does anyone no why that on my phone it's a 24hr clock but isn't the same on the Fitbit, do I need to restart the Fitbit.

Got to fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon, then settings, personal info, advanced setting, clock display time, and select 24 hr clock units. (This depends on the phone you have IOS/Android)
