Miles walked error

Since the 17th December my inspire will not calculate miles walked correctly. Over 15000 steps today but saying less than a mile walked. Inspire is up to date and I have also reset it.

Check your stride length is not set to something obviously too short.

See Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?  for how to check and set stride length.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
