I am not always near my phone, so every once in a while, I have to go back and sync my steps from my Fitbit to the device. I had seven thousand and something steps when I looked at my Fitbit, but when it synced with my phone, it displayed only a little over 5,000. It has done this several times and I am pretty close to returning it. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Xygenscenic That sounds pretty odd. Did you manually enter any exercise in your app on the phone? That will often mess with step count.
Try restarting the Inspire several times and see if it happens again

I've never entered anything manually. I'm actually not sure how to do that. I called support and they helped me reset it. I guess we'll see.
