Mistaken activity?

I suffer from PTSD so when I discovered I was active between 2.30am-2.45am to the point of 19+km I assume it's an error!? I wasn't sleep walking? I couldn't walk that far in that time but I could drive? How do you know if it's an error??

I got this Fitbit to track my sleep in particular. 🤔🤣

I should add I know the 19.4km is wrong but could the activity have been activated because I got up?

Mine just did the same, to the total of 35000 steps between 2am and 4am, then I've noticed it didn't reset at midnight and today I'm clocking up to 50000 steps! Rebooting and resetting it hasn't helped, unpairing didn't help either cuz the steps synced to the app then resynced to the watch when repaired. Can delete data in the app but only from the previous day and back.

It's annoying. I haven't resolved this issue and hardly look at my Fitbit
anymore as I can't trust the data.

I contacted their support through the app and was informed that it was my mobiletrack on my phone that was registering the steps then syncing them on my device. I would to check to see if you have mobiletrack paired on your phone and unpair it. Then see what happens tonight on your device.
