Hi @Torkelson did you try a restart of the device? That's generally the first thing to help with a problem. What exactly is your Inspire doing or not doing? The more we know, the better to help you.

My inspire hr stays on a black screen. I have a green light that stays on and when I hold the button down a smiley faces pops up for a few minutes then nothing. I've only had it for two days 😠
