Update on messed up OS update!
This Edison person from Fitbit (I’m guessing) suggest I restart my Inspire HR. Which I did successfully, to ABSOLUTELY NO AVAIL!!!!!!
The new OS has done more wrong than it has fixed!!!
Sleep sensitivity is just GONE! Calorie intake verses output is not accurate, footstep‘s don’t seem to be accurate any longer either.
This Inspire HR is now just garbage!!!!

I purchased my Inspire HR in Jun 2019. It worked great! Sensitivity was awesome! The OS update in July 2019 totally screwed the sensitivity up! I started writing down what time I went to sleep, and when I wake up. Fitbit Inspire HR is off by over 2 hours some nights! Now I’m wondering if the accuracy of my steps is accurate. Chatted with Fitbit customer service, and called Fitbit and reported it Sensitivity is set to “Sensitive”! This is bad!!! I’m still within 90 days of purchase, thinking taking it back and just buying Apple Watch instead. This Inspire HR seems useless at this point!
Fix this issue Fitbit!!!!

Ok, I followed instructions to do restart, got smiley face. I didn’t loose any data, Yay! I’ll keep record over the next couple of days to see if it gets better. If it fixes the problem, I’ll be back to loving my Fitbit. If it doesn’t fix it, Apple here I come!
It is worth noting that I like technology. However; there’s a reason people say “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. To many times I’ve seen tech company rush new OS to market, when it really should still be in development. Stop playing beat the opponent to market. Make an OS that works. Check it for bugs! Get it right out of the gate. Data these days is important. No one wants something that can screw up. Make it your best effort out of the gate! Then your loyal followers will stay loyal. Cheers mate!

No your suggestion didn’t make anything better. I did the restart. I’m not even wearing my Fitbit because I don’t the any of the numbers are accurate. Fix the software!! Otherwise your devices are useless!!!

I didn't make the connection to the update, is that the problem?- but I agree. The HR Inspire is doing a lousy job of sleep tracking. Mine too is off by hours- it shows deep sleep when I am 100% positive I've been awake. It's a joke every morning now. I would love for FitBit to comment on sleep tracking and what to expect.

Yes, it is directly linked to the Fitbit iOS update. The system worked great prior to the update that was done in Aug?? Or Sept? The sleep tracker has been off every since. I have not updated to the iOS 13 update due to worry of what else will go wrong. Especially, since now they have posted “we are aware of connectivity issues with iOS 13” doesn’t give me much faith in there updates. I can not support theses devices until Fitbit takes our issues much more seriously. There suggested resets, and change from sensitivity setting to normal, verses sensitivity doesn’t resolve anything!! FIX THESE PROBLEMS FITBIT!!!!

I just did a re-set, so I'll try again tonight-- however, I'm not confident. I believe the re-set addressed trackers that are NO tracking- mine is "tracking", just not accurately.
