I purchased new inspire hr on 11 Nov. Then I downloaded app and do all thing as guided . Then for 2 days it works nicely.
But from last 3 days it doesn't work properly and I feel cheated , problems faced by me.
1. It requires to connect with app every single time I used and try to sync it.
2. It doesn't record and show distance covered
3. It doest show heart rate
4. It doesn't even measure active minutes.
5. Feels like I purchased a crap and cheated
6. It doesn't show anything calories burned, heart rate , distance anything .

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Sachidanand8, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Thanks for letting me know that you're having issues with your Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior, since apparently this is not able to track any information at all. You did a great job performing the steps you mentioned in your post. Have you tried to restart it? You can also remove it from the Fitbit account and try to set it up again as a new device to see if there is any firmware update available. Sometimes this kind of things happens, so let's give it a try if you haven't already do so.
Keep me posted on the resolution.
