Hi!
My inspire hr won't sync. The last days my fitbit and phone would not sync what so ever. I have tried uninstall and install the fitbit app. Turned on/off my device, and its Bluetooth. Both devices are updated and I have also followed fitbits troubleshooting without luck.
Now I have deleted my fitbit device in the app and now the tracker and phone won't even connect. My phone finds the tracker but they don't connect.
My phone is a Samsung galaxy a71.
I don't seem to find the problem so I'm wondering if anyone has an idea what I could do?

Hi @Anelijens, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your tracker from scratch as instructed in this help article.
