My Inspire stopped scrolling

I bought my Inspire in November. It has stopped scrolling completely. I can tap it but that's it. I tried restarting it multiple times and i got the smiley face, i even tried to let the battery completely drain, unpaired it, paired it etc. Nothing is working.
