Hi there! I am having trouble setting up my Fitbit Inspire on my iMac (retina 5K, 27 inch, late 2014). I have created an account, but once I get to the screen for setup on Fitbit Connect, I cannot access the 'Fitbit Inspire' option.
The screen will not allow me to resize or scroll in the window. From other questions, I know the 'button' to push for the fitbit inspire is slightly scrolled down, but I can't scroll or navigate within the window in any way. What should I do?

Hello @SonEs and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but you can't set up your Inspire using Fitbit Connect. None of the most up to date trackers are compatible with Fitbit Connect. You need a compatible smartphone/tablet or a Bluetooth enabled Windows PC (gasp 😱) and the Fitbit app for Windows 10. The general phone requirements are that an iPhone must support iOS 12.2 or higher and an Android must support Android 7.0 or higher.

Thanks Fitbit... We just bought our family Inspire HR's with the notion that we could set them up with individual accounts under user profiles on our family computer (as we don't all have phones). The lack of support for Mac is incredibly disappointing. Guess we'll be returning these as we can't figure out a way to make it work without our kids all having their own phones or ipads. Update your app and let us play, please! 😞
