Woke up this morning to my Fitbit being unable to sync. Did all the steps required (upgraded the app, my phone, unpaired it from the app to re-pair). When I go toy Bluetoothenu it gives me the option to pair to my Inspire but doesn't maintain connection. On the app I get as far as it telling me it found my device and asks for the 4 digit code it sent me on the interface but there is never a code on the interface. It says there is no Bluetooth connection but my Bluetooth is on, I turn it off and on again and nothing.

Hi @Brittlac, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the syncing issues that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums,
If you haven't done so, please restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if your Fitbit Inspire connects with your phone properly.
