My device is not working

I purchased it at Kohls 3 weeks ago. Out of nowhere, the screen device won't work or display. I ha e the inspire HR. How do I fix this?

Thanks for letting me know the issues that you're having with your Inspire HR.  This is not a normal behavior.  Please restart your Fitbit with these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then give it a try one more time.
