Lately if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, my Fitbit thinks I stay up which makes my sleep score really low!! What is going on!

Thanks for letting me know the issues that you're having with your Inspire HR. Please restart your Fitbit with these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then give it a try one more time. Also check the information about sleep score here.
