I have a very old smart phone and was having issues with the syncing of the fitbit to my phone. I called in to get help and the Tech spent 35 minutes on the phone with me trying to get it to work . He was so patient with me considering how old ME and my phone are, He made it work! Great people to deal with, very nice hard working people.
