I accidentally cleared my fitbit's user data and ever since then it's been exactly 4 hours off. Can anyone help me?

Hi @MrMustachio that is interesting! Check the time zone is set to auto in the app. If it is then try restarting the tracker several times and then sync it . If that doesnt fix it then you will need to contact Support.
