I am so done.....my inspire has been working great for 5 months! ( After syncing issues) on November 6th 4:02 am it synced for the last time. I took it off put it on a shelf disgusted. My phone says can't find device here we go again! It's been 10 days now and no miraculous syncing! How does it work perfectly for months then poof can't find device ?!?!? Also it lost time 3 minutes off. Yes I have rebooted it, uninstalled apps, devices etc 🤷🤦

I have an Android I have done everything due to this happened before when I owned it for 2 weeks. Fitbit replaced it. It worked great for 6 months and while I was sleeping at 4am it just stopped and now just no matter what I do says it can't find my device! Last time it happened briefly with this unit I took off for 4 days and it miraculously synced...... I am on day 11 and no miracles 🤷

What Android phone? Is it on the Supported Devices List  ?

I am going to sound like a jerk here...... It was working without an issue for over 5 months. So I am going to assume supported. I tonight opened my app, choose add new device, clicked it,  overrode it, within 2 seconds it found my phone and began connecting! For 12 days it told me can't find device?!?!! I Reinstalled it and poof in seconds my device was found 👀 Right now it's working again AND the time corrected itself it was reading 3 minutes slow since it stopped syncing also. I have never owned something so fustrating in my life. I definitely will not purchase another when this finally gives out!

You dont soundnlike a jerk - just frustrated! The fact that it worked without issue for 5 months does not mean it is supported, however! But glad it is working again, anyway.

Thank you......it's strange that it happened right after time changes? And didn't Google aquire Fitbit on the 1st? ..... It's very fustrating
