New FitBit HR Stopped working

I got my Fitbit HR for christmas 2019. I've had for about a month now and it recently stopped working. When I push the button on the side the screen turns on and shows the time, but it will not swipe to any other modes or trackers. When it buzzes to tell me to take steps before the end of the hour, it doesn't show me the correct icons, and it's not tracking my calories or steps at all. 

 

I've tried restarting it but I dont know how.

Right there with you...decided to charge my battery and poof...tells the time but does not register heart rate or steps.  Not happy right now.  I am a long time user (like years) and for the most part, these devices have been good but I had to replace a device I purchased 6 months ago with this one and now...GRRRR
