Out new Fitbit inspire will do nothing but show the icon with “ww.fitbit.com/setup” scrolling across the bottom and will do nothing else. It is fully charged, and we have tried the set up on different computers and phones and none can locate it. No other indications show other than the icon and scrolling instructions.

Thank you for sharing this information with us. I really appreciate all the steps that you've done until now. Sorry to hear that your Fitbit is not connecting properly. Have you tried the steps here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
What model of phone are you using?
