Sleep tracking not syncing reliably

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got an Inspire HR for Christmas and am enjoying exploring what it does. However, the sleep information is not syncing reliably with my iOS app. I rebooted both my iPhone and FitBit and that did not help. In fact, as of 9:22 a.m., ET today (Friday, January 10, 2020), it still shows Thursday as the last time the information synced and I wore it to bed last night as I always have since getting the FitBit.

Any tips to solve this problem?

Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @gregorybrianThanks for troubleshooting prior to contacting us.

You can check the following requirements before troubleshooting your Fitbit:

Requirements for a successful synchronization:

  • The Fitbit app is installed on a supported phone or tablet.
  • The latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone or tablet.
  • Make sure the Do Not Disturb setting on your mobile device is turned off because it prevents the device from sending notifications to your tracker.
  • The software on your mobile device is updated. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update iOS for Android  Settings > About phone > Android Version.
  • The Bluetooth setting on your mobile device is on. To check, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
  • If you use more than one Bluetooth phone, tablet, or computer to sync, the other one isn't nearby (or has Bluetooth disabled).
  • Your tracker's battery should be fully charged.

Please confirm that you've followed the steps suggested here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

This should solve any syncing issue that you're having, please keep me posted on the resolution.
