New Fitbit skows solid line on display won't sync.

Got this new and moved so Fitbit was in a box in the house waiting to be discovered. Plugged it in and message scrolled to go to www.fitbit.com/set-up. Did that saw my old fitbit was still paired. Unpaired it. Charge fitbit overnight. Today it has solid line on display. App shows inspire hr synced says a moment ago but display won't change from solid line. Held down button on left side for 10 seconds still solid line. Tried to select clock display still solid line. Help please! Thanks, Kathryn

Hi @Rein3701 When you held the button dowm did you have it in the charger? Try restarting it several times as in the instructions below. Co e back here ifbthat doesnt resolve the issue.
