Hello i just purchased a new fitbit inspired HR. It won't let me set up because I have an old one registered under my email.
How do I go about removing old one and setting up new one.

When you go through the setup in the same account/email - Add a New Device, it should say 'you already have one of these in your account; is this a replacement?'
Just answer 'yes' and you should be good to go.
