Just bought a new Inspire 2. It won’t sync. Tried everything I know Bluetooth on off, app delete, push side button. I do have an old inspire. Are they competing with each other? All help appreciated.

Hi, welcome back to the Community forums, @jbc51.
I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Inspire 2. Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time. Let me know if you were able to set up your Inspire 2 to your account.
In addition and before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the device following these steps. Keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app and not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. In addition to the restart, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
