I've used it twice and it tracked my sleep once, and it won't sync. I've checked my phone to see if it has the most recent updated software, I uninstalled and reinstalled my Fitbit on the Fitbit app,, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've turned Bluetooth on and off... I'm at a loss. It syncs, but only when it feels like it. About 95% of the time the Fitbit app doesn't see my device.
I'm thinking I have a faulty product?? I don't know what else it could be.

Yes, it is stressful when they wont sync. All I can think of to suggest (as the Help Article didnt help) is to contact Support and see if they are able to suggest anything.

Hi @Dodgerchick What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

Hi @NellyG
I've done all that. My phone is on the supported list (Huawei, Honor 6x), it's updated with Android version 7.0, and the other link you sent? I've don all of it. I had my bluetooth on last night hoping that it would sync overnight, but it synced at 9:53pm. I synced it this morning at 6:52am, and it took about 5 minutes to sync. It missed 1/3 days for sleep data (it missed Friday, but I wore it to bed). Surely this can't be normal? 5 minutes to sync? It's exhausting having to figure out when I can and cannot sync. I've uninstalled the Fitbit app several times, I've deleted my Inspire HR from the app a couple of times, hoping it will help, but it all ends up the same. It's stressful, and it shouldn't be.

When in doubt, call FitBit. It's amazing how much data was able to be pulled up, wow! So it seems that I need to give the internet connection some time for it to update, it doesn't happen immediately. Ms. Rose was very, very helpful. As were you, Ms @NellyG ! Thanks so much, I'll go for a walk now 🙂
