I want to have both inspire hr and charge 3 connected to my account so I can switch depending on my activities or charging status etc. In the past I have had owned several devices such as Charge, Alta, flex, blaze and had then all connected simultaneously so I could switch freely and they would sync together. Now I have the inspire HR and the app made me “switch” and effectively remove my charge 3 in order to add the device. Is Fitbit going to fix this. The customer service told me to create a new account. Lol that is funny. My steps and activities would never sync to one account. Please help. I hate to return this 😞

Hi @Lolalaina, welcome to the community.
Unfortunately Charge 3 and Inspire can't currently reside together on one account (taken from here), this is due to compatibility issues. Hopefully this is something Fitbit are working on though.
I've found a similar feature suggestion you may wish to cast your vote on, I know it doesn't mention the Inspire but it would still apply to that.

Lol I literally just bought an inspire he today..i also have the fitbit versa and the blaze and it will not allow me to add the inspire hr without removing the versa..i was told.what you were to either remove versa and add inspire he and do that manually back and forth or set up another account using another email which does not help me when I have other programs liked to my devices..i am frustrated too because no where does it say on the inspire he box that you cannot use it with versa or charge hr etc Fitbit needs to do a better job of marketing to let people know this up front
