I got a new Iphone today. Fitbit app will not sync.I turned Bluetooth on and off, I turned phone on and off. I deleted app and reloaded. Nothing. I signed into FitBit on my laptop, - still nothing. Just says "searching".
Please help. Thank you.

Hi there,
I have checked the list of incompatible devices, Xiamo Mi 6 in in the list, but not Xiaomi Mi A2, which is my phone. Is this a matter that fitbit is not compatible with any Xiaomi phone?
Xiami Mi A2 finds Inspire HR but it doesn't pair.

Here is the article on how to set up - click - see if you may have missed a step, Also, just because it's not on the list as compatible, some phones still seem to work, but not with all features or all the time.

Ok - i spoke too soon..it said it found device and looked like it set up but it did not. It is now listed on my app (because there is an option to remove it) but when it starts to sync it says device not found.
I am very frustrated. Please help.
