My Fitbit inspire has a blank display but lighting up on underside so must still have power . Not connecting to the app either. I’ve tried charging it but still no change . I’ve only had it 8 months .

@Claireb1981 Have you tried restarting your Inspire 2? Attach your Inspire 2 to its charging cable. Press and hold the buttons for 5 seconds, then release the buttons. It should show a smiley face and vibrate with a successful restart. If this doesn't help, please contact Support for more help.

I’ve had my Inspire 2 for over a year and it Worked just fine until the display suddenly went blank. It’s still charges and syncs to my iPhone so I know it’s working. I’ve tried resetting it more than a dozen times, including at least three or four times when I held the buttons in for well over 30 seconds. Nothing works. you used to be able to get actual customer support from Fitbit, but now it just takes you to the community forums. when I clicked contact support from the forum and selected 24 hour chat, it just took me to a stupid survey about how many children were in the house and whether I’ve dropped it and whether I clean it, which I had already completed once.
so no display, but otherwise working.
