No screen on Fitbit hr

Hi, I got my Fitbit in May of this year it’s been working fine. The battery was running low this morning then the screen went black. I assumed it was the battery so charged it fully all day. On putting it back on this evening the screen is still blank, the app is picking up my heart rate and when I press the button it buzzes but nothing else... Help

it’s also picking up steps etc on the app it’s just the screen on the Fitbit itself isn’t working
