I have tried turning on and off bluetooth, reinstalling, rebooting, and nothing is working. This has been recent and very frustrating. I have an android phone. Help!
Best AnswerIt is working now. I did an unpair which made it unable to pair again, but it finally worked yesterday. They must have tweaked something. I wondered if what they did that helped with the iPhone issue had caused problems for android. Anyway, I am happy again.

Best AnswerHaving same problem on Android V30thinq have had it off and on where it won't sync sometimes for 7-10 days! Thinking of getting rid of it and trying another brand tracker. Not much good if it won't pair. Never had this problem with fitbit in the past. BUt this is too often and for too long.
Best AnswerThis is happening to me every day. The app will show some steps but never the same as the tracker. The following day it gives the correct amount. Says no device found all the time.
