I charged my device this AM and it has not synced since then. I see the time on my device but it won't do anything else.

Thanks for letting me know the issues that you're having with your Inspire HR. Please restart your Fitbit with these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then give it a try one more time. Also try with different exercises to make sure it is working again.
You can check the list of compatible devices here. Make sure you're following the suggested steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
