Hello!

 

my app says my device is not syncing (specifically states failed to sync device) but my information is up to date any suggestions for a fix?

Mine just did the same thing today -- won't sync with iphone, macbook or ipad -- in fact macbook is not even registering it -- it's only about 2 weeks old -- looking forward to any advice!

i woke up with same problem.... i found yesterday i wasn't getting texts or anything

Hey y’all I removed my inspire from my app and re-linked it and it’s fixed! Lost my data for today though 😞 hope this works for you!

thanks! that worked.  weird thing is that even though the app would say 'sync failed' it still registered everything on my fitbit to the app.  but removing the fitbit from the app and re-adding it resolved the issue.
