My new Christmas present Inspire HR not counting stairs. Not sure how to fix. Had no trouble with old fitbit. Thanks for advice

Neither Inspire nor Inspire HR has an altimeter, so cannot track floors climbed.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
