So I started having issues a few days back. I first noticed that when I would go on my routine bike route, that after I left my wifi, my device would no longer track my distance. And now I have noticed that when I bring my arm up to look at the device, it no longer displays the screen. But I can push the button and it displays fine. I have done a reboot a couple of times, ensured the app is up-to-date. Not sure what else to do

This happens to me too. I called Support and spent 1/2 hour on the phone with Customer Service and they couldn't fix it so the screen will display when my arm moves. It's very frustrating. They did agree to send me a new device (mine is less than 6 months old) but only once they receive my old one back.

I have the same problem, but my Inspire HR is almost one year old. I am not sure if I can send this one back and get another one. Did they mentioned any other options?

They did not mention other options, and in fact I had to advocate for this when talking to the support representative.

For the display problem try long holding the button on the left and then scroll down to “Screen Wake”. Press the light bulb and then press the side button again. Then try moving your arm and looking for the display. I’m unsure about the location tracking problem but I hope this helps!

Hey guys, just wanted to update. So yes I had accidentally turned off my screen wake and my heart rate monitor somehow. After getting both of those things working we turned my bluetooth of my phone off for 15 sec, closed the Fitbit app, restarted my phone, and restarted my Fitbit by long holding the button while on the charge cord and that combo did it
