Recently bought an Inspire HR went through the initially process of setting it up and once I've paired it I only have a small grey line across my screen, ive tried redoing the process several times and even leaving it overnight to make sure it wasn't an update bar, but nothing has changed.
How do I fix this?

Hi @NWyatt Try restarting the Inspire several times. If it still wont respond then you will need to contact Support
