Unable to setup fitbit inspire

I purchased a fitbit inspire about a month ago and began to do the setup. At some point it needed to send a verification email. I kept requesting resend email but received nothing. I eventually realised I must have typed in my email to resend to, with two incorrect letters, but when I changed the address to send the verification email to - and put in my password, I am told that this email belongs to another user. In the meantime the fitbit died (screen stuck on the time and then no screen at all). I have a new replacement fitbit and am trying to set it up but I can't get any further than I was. I can't put In another email address because I don't have another one. How can I get the fitbit setup to resend the verification email to my original setup address instead of the incorrect address that I do not have?

Hi @Ess2  You will need to contact Customer Support.  I am sure they will be able to help sort things out.
