Screen will not turn on but the bluetooth and green light flash.

So, I really need some help. I got the fitibit inspire HR as a gift one Christmas ago and would use it all of the time. I stopped using it for a while because I was getting sores on my wrist on account of being allergic to the metal. Anyways, it turned on when I put it down, but now the screen won't display at all. Not whatsoever. The funny thing is that it is 100% charged and will show up as able to be connected via bluetooth. And the green light flashes. How do I fix this? (Yes I have tried restarting it.) 

Thank you for any help you can give.

Hi @Anjie2020 Its not sounding good. If you have tried restarting it several times, then all you can do is contact Customer Support and hope thwy are able to help.
