I have been reading all the complaints about the Fitbit Inspire. I too have issues with it, but let's think back to years ago when all we had was a pedometer. I am not trying to put down anyone's frustration with the Inspire, I had a Fitbit...the old one, can't remember the name, it was also a bracelet.
I wish I had it back, but as frustrated as we all are with this product, I will continue trying to work with it, I charged it Sunday night, and today it shows medium battery. I am hoping it will last through tomorrow morning, if so, that's the longest I have had it stay charged....yippee!!!
I do agree that the Fitbit company needs to get this corrected asap as they will begin to lose LOTS of customers. I will continue to try this one for as long as I can, you know, budget issues:)

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes.

My Fitbit is about a year old . It loses its charge every other day. When I first got it , it would last 5 days. Shouldn’t it last at least 3 years. This is my second one . My first one did the same thing until it died completely .
I wont buy another one since it seems like it’s not made to last . Do they sell. replacement batteries? I don’t have a problem charging it. It takes a full charge in 2 hours.
thanks!

Hi, I'll try what you suggested but I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed about the battery draining every other day. Mine is maybe around 10 months old. If this doesn't work, am I still covered underwarrenty?

I am finding it so frustrating changing my inspire all the time I'm lucky if I get 36hrs it's gone ridiculous. Tried the tip to clean with alcohol and charge but that didn't work any better. Fitbit is only 13 months old at best

I got an Inspire HR Fitbit for Christmas. After 4.5 months it stopped scrolling. Three days ago it stopped holding a charge. It lasts only about 4-5 hours. I reported the problem. They offered to replace it but with only a 6 month warranty. That means that in 6 months if the new one fails I am out of luck! Not impressed!!
