I have a question. Umm, my Fitbit, I walked more than 5,000 steps, and it is not giving me my badge. How did this happen?

Let me help your missing badge. Did you manually log any activity? These steps won't count toward badges. Could you share screenshots of the activities area and your badges? If your tracker recorded these steps then make sure it is syncing with your account.
