  • I will start my walk on the app and recently it will say poor gps and when I finish the workout it will show the gps route but will say not enough data and null for all the information then a minute later a second workout will show up, no gps map but all my data not including pace. Today I didn’t get the poor gps alert so I was hoping that meant removing the device and deleting the app and restarting the phone before adding everything back had fixed it but it still hasn’t. Only this time I didn’t get a poor gps alert. This fit bit has already been replaced once for issues and I only bought the original last September.

@Ceweet01 A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you recording your exercises with your Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The Not enough data message is for an issue currently being investigated by our team. Hopefully they will find a solution soon for all affected users.

Regarding the GPS data I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
