Not recognizing exercise and not receiving reminders to move

For the last week my device has not been recognising exercise but still logs activity and steps. It also is not doing the 10 minute reminder to get your 250 steps per hour. I've restarted the device twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and  been into the exercise tab and changed the exercises to ignore then back to recognise. I'm at a loss as to what else to do! Anyone else had similar?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which activities is your Inspire not recognizing? In regards the Hourly activity goal, I recommend you to learn more about this specific feature here: What's my Fitbit hourly activity goal? and check that it's correctly configured in your account.

The last time my inspire recognised exercise was April 24th. It had been recognising aerobics (15 mins plus)  and walking (15 mins plus) daily, but since then it's only been registering steps and active minutes.

The hourly 250 steps reminder had been working upto the same date as well, I've been into settings and turned notification off then on again but still no change.

Hi - I have been having the same problem & since the 3rd week in April also. 

Any help would be appreciated!!

I also want to note that my Inspire use to record activity correctly

I just got my Inspire 2 and am having the same issue with the step reminder.  It's not working.  I had a flex 2 previously and it worked great and so I am used to the reminders.  Was this issue ever resolved?  I didn't see a resolution from the comments back in May?
